At St. Joseph’s College, the Daisy Chain signified the bonds of friendship formed during college years. During commencement week, the “Daisy Chain Ceremony” or “Daisy Chain Reception” was held to induct members of the senior class into the Alumnae Association. Hosted by officers and other members of the Alumnae, the event drew other graduates, especially if a family member was being inducted.
